If you can book a flight it seems easier and cheaper, alternatively check out coaches on Google.
After the 1st October, I would recommend “Veuling.com”. On that date they start operating from Nice to Barcelona and although the first flight is fully booked, there are some attractive prices for early October, the best being 50euros (£34.00) on the 8th.
In the meantime, if you are wanting to go earlier I would suggest “edreams”, as has already been stated. However, I’ve found that the prices they use to attract you are not always up to date.

A bus costs 40 to 60 euros.
A train costs about us$ 125.
