No trains in Andorra.
Busses run from Barcelona Nord Bus Station to Andorra La Vella bus station - journey time about 3h 30m.
Buses at 1500, 17.00 and 18.00 (some are not direct and take slightly longer
Return busses at 06.00, 06.45, and 10.30

I did it by bus last year
It’s a bit of a hassle but the service is OK overall
