Budget. I was in the far east with nothing but a backpack for company. I saw things people on a guided tour would never have, even if they went 10 times!

I have always had to do budget. But I sold my house a few years ago and decided to go back to the UK to visit Friend’s and family for 6 weeks instead of the usual 2.
With having money in the bank the nice thing was to be able to go out with friends and pick up the bill and for my hubby and I to take a few days in Italy in the middle of the trip for our anniversary without worrying about the cost.
I know this wont happen regularly and we didn’t go crazy, but it was a good feeling.
