MiM asked:
My mom is taking me on a vacation to Europe for finally graduating college this spring and we want to go in the summer or early fall. How can we go about for planning this? We want to purchase some sort of package that has tours, sightseeing, some backpacking maybe, hotel, food, and transportation all paid for but there are so many online websites so I’m not sure whether to start looking there or maybe going to a travel agency. Anyone have any ideas or tips on how to start planning, what to do, what I would need, or any other info? Thanks!

Imagine if you could have bought beachfront property with stunning ocean views in Malibu or San Diego 100 years ago at amazingly low prices. Nicaragua land, especially the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua has hundreds of miles of beaches identical to the California Coastline. This is why it is one of the fastest growing investment opportunities in real estate today.
Nicaragua is the perfect place for both investment and living, or just for your vacation homes. You can buy the raw Nicaragua land for further use of either speculation or development. You can also buy condominium or villas for vacation or retirement.
One recommended area is this San Juan del Sur, one of the most stunning places along Nicaragua coastline. It is mainly very high end neighbourhood, which is located in the southwest Pacific beaches of Nicaragua near the Costa Rica border.
Or you might prefer Nicaragua surfing at Popoyo. Popoyo is a small beachside community on the pacific ocean about an 1 ½ north of San Juan del Sur or 2 ½ hours from Managua. Mainly rural, Popoyo recently has experienced rapid growth started by surfers drawn to the area for its high density of excellent waves, beautiful scenery. Most people here choose to lay on the beach and surf. Popoyo’s slow pace and relaxed environment make it a great get away for people looking for a quiet surf vacation.
