In hostels or hotels?
Travelling by coach or plane?
Eating in restaurants or cafes?
Not enough information to answer your question

Depends where you intend staying and what you intend to do - the sky’s the limit.

assuming you will travel by public transport everywhere and this includes cheap accomodation, food, etc, me personally would allow £1500+. if you work on about £40 per day? £10-£15 to eat, £10-£20 for budget accomodation, £10 for other things… site seeing, getting transport around. £50 would be more realistic for me, but it depends what you are planning on doing!

That’s a very subjective question as a lot depends on where you will be staying (ie how budget? - cheap hotels? shared dorms in youth hostels? camping?), how you will be travelling (bus? train?) and how long you will be spending in each place plus what your interests are. Eating, drinking & sleeping in Poland and Portugal will be cheaper than Italy, Austria & Switzerland for example. Museums and art galleries will increase your costs, whereas wandering around lookign at architecture will not.
I suggest that you try the Lonely Planet website and check out each country individually (see the Money section)….or go to a bookshop and browse through some of their guidebooks - they give an estimation on per-day spending for food and accommodation and give a general guide for how much you may need per day. This may be enough, depending on how much sightseeing you intend to do, but then you have to factor in travelling & drinks.
Also take into account how much travelling you will be doing - visiting 10 countries in a month means that you’re going to be on the move a lot, with only about 3 days per country, I therefore assume that you are just visiting the capital or main city in each and not any of the smaller places, so costs will be higher than they might be out in the countryside. Also, your sightseeing costs, per day, will be higher than someone not trying to cram everything in to a short period.
At a conservative figure, I think you’re looking at an average of 80 euros a day, plus travel.
You may want to consider cutting out some of the countries in order to spend a little longer in each. France has a couple of major cities worth visiting, so do Spain, Portugal and Germany. I could happily spend a month in Italy alone. France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands & Belgium would be a good trip. Germany, Austria, Poland & Italy plus perhaps the Czech Republic could be another trip next year.

Suggest you take at least EUR3000, which allows about EUR 100 per day for expenses. Cheap hotels or hostels can be easily found in the countries you wish to travel provided you do some research on the Internet. Railway fares are cheap if you book in advance. Try
Which should give you a fair idea of railway fares or
for budget airline fares.

sounds like your are using a euro ticket and going by train. be warned that u have to pay for your seat. a little thing that is very expensive in some country’s. Spain i found cost me 20 quid extra a seat on every train. if i were you i would avoid the west side of Europe and go straight to the east. but you must make a stop in Holland and Italy. as they are great places but the others are expensive and pretty boring=)
have fun=)
